You know the one.

You go to the grocery store, buy a bunch of foods and then freeze them so they last longer.

It’s an old-fashioned strategy for saving money on food that has been around for generations!

But have you considered buying frozen?

Frozen foods are just as healthy and tasty as fresh ones, but they cost less too!

Here are some reasons why you should always pick up a few bags of frozen veggies when you’re at the store:

1) They’re always in season.

2) They’re cheaper than fresh produce because it can be stored until it goes bad and doesn’t need refrigeration.

3) They don’t spoil quickly like fresh produce I hope you take these tips and tricks to heart!
